EastView at Middlebury, a nonprofit senior living community, seeks a dependable Seasonal General Maintenance Worker to join our Facilities team for a full-time, temporary assignment lasting roughly one to three months, ending January 1, 2027.

Responsibilities include painting interior surfaces, cleaning and organizing common areas, performing landscaping and outdoor seasonal work, assisting with general maintenance and light repairs, moving materials, and using tools safely while reporting

Qualifications

• Experience with painting, cleaning, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather with safety in mind.
• Strong attention to safety, quality of work, and respect for residents.

Responsabilités

• Paint interior surfaces, including touch-ups and cleanup.
• Clean, organize, and maintain common areas, workspaces, and facilities.
• Perform landscaping, grounds cleanup, leaf and debris removal, and other seasonal outdoor tasks.
• Assist with general maintenance, basic repairs, moving materials, and special projects.
• Use tools and cleaning products safely; report concerns promptly.
• Work courteously around residents, visitors, and staff.
