Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking an Extraction Lead to head the daily beverage operations team, overseeing quality, safety and hourly employee performance in their area. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and development to drive efficient, compliant results.

You will partner with staff to maintain production standards, manage shift starts and end-of-day routines, and support COP/CIP cleaning processes. The position requires flexibility, weekends and overtime, and aerial lift certification.
