Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking an Extraction Lead to oversee the beverage operations team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in daily production. You will train, coach, and develop hourly staff while directing department performance to meet operational goals.

Compensation ranges from $24 to $27 per hour, with final pay based on skills and experience. This is a full-time on-site role in California’s Central Valley, requiring flexibility for weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain area cleanliness and a safe working environment.
• Shift coordination, scheduling, and KPI reporting.
