Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring for seasonal events associates in Little Rock. You will support store events, assist customers, and help with short-term assignments throughout the year. Interviews may be conducted on the spot during the national hiring event.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Ability to perform data entry and analyze reports.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
