Job summary

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo seeks a seasonal staff coordinator to support the Parade, Trail Ride, and Rodeo Run, plus assist the Marketing team from October through April. You will coordinate with committees, track budgets, timelines, and logistics, and cover for colleagues as needed.

The role requires strong organization and customer service, proficiency in Word and Excel, and familiarity with photo management tools.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; photo management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interim seasonal staff coordinator for Parade, Trail Ride, and Rodeo Run committees and support Marketing Coordinator activities.
• Maintain event budgets, timelines, and logistics; coordinate with city officials for permits.
• Assist influencer and content creator programs, including applications and outreach.
• Provide support to digital and social team; stay updated on platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok.
