Job summary

Bright Event Rentals in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Installer to support event execution by loading, unloading, installing, and dismantling rental equipment at client sites. Shifts start at the Bright warehouse with transportation provided to sites; driving not required.

Schedules vary and may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts. You will work hands-on with tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents, dishware, and other event products,

Qualifications

Comfortable performing hands-on work in indoor and outdoor environments.
Availability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
Strong teamwork and communication skills; dependable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and setup instructions.

Responsibilities

Load and unload rental equipment from company vehicles safely and efficiently.
Install and dismantle event products such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents, dishware, and custom pieces.
Follow event plans, setup instructions, and direction from crew leads.
Assist with equipment pickups and returns after events.
Guide drivers during vehicle movement, backing, and parking when assigned.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, tools, and event sites.
Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
