Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services in Nashville, TN is hiring part-time Event Security teammates to check bags, enforce access control, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience at venues you know.

Earn $17 per hour starting, with flexible evening and weekend shifts, weekly pay, and training opportunities. Candidates must have an active TN Guard Card or be willing to obtain one; background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and post-offer drug/alcohol testing.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Direct and control entry, verify tickets and wristbands as needed.
• Screen guests at entry using bag checks, wands or detectors, and verify IDs.
• Protect guests, staff and assets by monitoring for security breaches.
• Escort unruly guests when necessary.
• Follow venue policies and regulations.
• Provide directions to enhance guests' experience.
