Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services in Nashville, TN is hiring part-time event staff to support security and operations at venues. Earn $17/hr starting with flexible shifts in evenings and weekends. Candidates must be 18+, pass a background check and drug test, and be able to obtain a TN Guard Card if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Professional, articulate and able to use independent judgment and discretion.
• Overtime may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Manage entry into venues, scan tickets, verify wristbands/badges, direct crowd.
• Understand policies and regulations of venues and events.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them as they depart.
• Provide guests with directions and information to enhance their experience.
