Job summary

Qualifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire required
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
• Experience in acute care settings is desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record vital signs and other data; report findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and use of mobility aids as directed.
• Document results, communicate effectively with the care team, and ensure infection control practices.
