Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is seeking experienced Staff Registered Nurses for our Emergency Department on a seasonal basis. These positions run October 2026 through March 2027, offering competitive pay and a completion bonus.

You will deliver comprehensive nursing care, perform assessments, and manage pain, invasive lines and drains. Staff RNs collaborate with a wide health-care team while adhering to policies and hospital values to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of acute care ED experience
• Current California RN license
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NIH Stroke certifications required or encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care and collaborative treatment on assigned units
• Perform assessments, treatment and care, including pain management, invasive lines and surgical drains
• Float to other facilities within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital as needed
