Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is hiring experienced, Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Emergency Department. These temporary assignments run October 2026 through March 2027, offering exceptional pay and a completion bonus.

Seasonal Staff RNs will assess and treat patients, provide comprehensive care, and follow hospital policies while upholding core values across Southwest Health, Rancho Springs and Inland Valley facilities.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in an acute care emergency department.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care on assigned ED units.
• Conduct patient assessments, treatment and care across the continuum.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains as needed.
