Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks experienced Registered Nurses for seasonal Emergency Department positions at Rancho Springs Hospital. These temporary assignments run October 2026 through March 2027, with exceptional pay and a completion bonus.

RNs will provide assessments and care across the continuum, manage pain and invasive lines, and uphold regulatory and hospital policies while aligning with our core values and mission.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in an acute care emergency department.
• Completed an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• California RN license with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• NIH Stroke Certification; CEN encouraged.
• May be required to float to other facilities within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care and collaborative, comprehensive treatment on assigned units.
• Assess, treat, and care across the continuum, including pain management, invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Adhere to hospital policies and demonstrate core values and mission.
• Support operations by floating as needed to other facilities within the network.
