Job summary

BMAC seeks a Seasonal Program Navigator to support the Energy & Utilities Program during the busy winter season. You will perform intake, eligibility screening, and appointment scheduling while delivering compassionate, bilingual client service.

You will process applications, determine eligibility, coordinate payments, and maintain organized records. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role, with office-based duties and community outreach support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an Associates degree in Human Services is preferred.
• Two years or more of office or client-facing experience, preferably in non-profit or social services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about energy and utility assistance programs.
• Schedule eligibility appointments and review applications for completeness.
• Maintain confidential client files and prepare monthly/periodic reports.
• Assist in outreach activities and coordinate services.
