Job summary

Cache County Elections Team is seeking Seasonal Election Workers to support ballot collection, verification, and processing. You will operate in the Ballot Processing Center and in the field, handling ballots with care and precision.

You will work in small, secure teams, document chain of custody with QR codes and logs, assist with signature verification in VISTA, and help prepare ballots for tabulation while upholding strict security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and absolute accuracy under procedures.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Reliable, able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect ballots from official drop boxes and document chain of custody with QR codes, forms, and logs.
• Assist with signature verification in the statewide voter registration system (VISTA) and ballot processing.
• Sort, open, and prepare ballots for tabulation; complete logs, reports, and reconciliation documentation.
