lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail environment. You will educate guests on top-quality products, share community insights, and support store operations with a collaborative mindset.

You will engage guests on the floor, conduct transactions, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding our inclusive culture and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store location.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing guests' time.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience including omnichannel programs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
