Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in California seeks experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Emergency Department. These temporary assignments run October 2026 through March 2027, with competitive pay and a bonus upon successful completion of the assignment.

Responsibilities include providing patient-centered care, assessments, treatment and ongoing monitoring in a fast-paced ED, while conforming to California nursing practice standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current California RN license required and active.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in the Emergency Department.
• Perform assessments, treatments and care on assigned units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory, professional and hospital policies and core values.
