Job summary

Michaels in Midland, TX is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member to assist customers, help them locate products, and provide a fast checkout experience. This role supports truck unloading and stocking to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

You will engage customers in rewards programs, participate in omni-channel tasks (BOPIS and Ship From Store), and help maintain store recovery, planograms, and loss-prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and truck unload/stocking.
• Maintain store recovery, planograms, and in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP compliance.
