Job summary

The Wynwood Walls Shop, operated by Goldman Properties, is seeking a reliable Seasonal E-Commerce Fulfillment and Backstock Associate for November–December in Miami. This temporary, on-site role offers 32–40 hours per week with weekend availability during the holiday season.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping online orders, organizing backstock, restocking the sales floor, and maintaining a clean stockroom.

Qualifications

• Retail stockroom or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Prepare shipping materials, labels, boxes, and mailers.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise.
• Organize backstock by category, size, and SKU.
• Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Restock the sales floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce Supervisor and Retail Manager to meet daily goals.
• Assist with additional seasonal needs during high-volume periods.

The Wynwood Walls Shop is looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Seasonal E-Commerce Fulfillment and Backstock Associate to join our team for the holiday season.

Compensation

Pay: $17–$19/hour, based on experience

Essential Functions

• Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare shipping materials, labels, boxes, and mailers.

• Partner with the E-Commerce Supervisor and Retail Manager to meet daily fulfillment goals.
• Assist with additional seasonal needs during high-volume periods and special events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Shopify or other order management systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, peak holiday dates, and high-volume seasonal periods.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
