Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to help deliver an elevated client experience during peak periods. This role works across the sales floor and back of house to support client service, product flow, replenishment, store organization, and visual merchandising.

Summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors with client requests and service.
• Retrieve, replenish, receive, organize, and move merchandise between the sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with inventory activities, maintain an organized store, and support visual merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively with the store team and follow company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a positive, client-focused attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Effective English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
