Job summary

Eberjey is seeking a Seasonal Operations Assistant for its Miami, Merrick Park location. The part-time role runs from November 1 through January 15, 2027, supporting back-of-house tasks, stock organization, replenishment to the floor, and store maintenance.

You will also help with visual merchandising during busy periods and prep shipments and gift boxes. The ideal candidate brings retail experience, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, strong teamwork, and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• The role requires prior retail experience and a friendly, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate courteously with customers and teammates at all times.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays and be on call when needed.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and Excel are required.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and light lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store maintenance and back-of-house tasks.
• Receive inventory and verify accuracy.
• Organize stock and prep items for replenishment to floor.
• Coordinate store transfers and prep FedEx shipments.
• Assist with gift-wrapping, labeling, and packing as needed.
• Support cleaning and general upkeep of the store environment.

Seasonal Operations Assistant

Location: Miami - Merrick Park

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour

Description

The part-time Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting overall store performance through efficient back of house execution. The Operations Assistant should be able to demonstrate expertise in operational tasks including receiving, stock organization, replenishment to the floor, transfers, and maintaining an organized and clean stock room. When the store is busy, they will also help with standardization of store visual merchandising to ensure space is presentable at all times. This is a seasonal position expected to run from November 1 to January 15, 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to all aspect of store maintenance
• Receive inventory and ensure accuracy by following proper procedures and best practices
• Ensure inventory control and inspect the quality and condition of new merchandise
• Organize back stock
• Steam all client try-ons and returns
• Prep store to store transfers
• Prep FedEx labels for shipments and follow up to ensure packages were received
• Prep gift boxes
• Assist with cleaning of store
