Job summary

Wynwood Walls Shop in Miami is hiring a Seasonal E‑Commerce Fulfillment and Backstock Associate for the holiday season. This temporary role runs November through December, with approximately 32–40 hours per week and weekend availability required.

You will pick, pack, ship online orders, organize backstock, and support inventory management in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have prior retail stockroom or fulfillment experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 30

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, peak holiday dates, and high-volume seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare shipping materials, labels, boxes, and mailers.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise.
• Organize backstock by category, size, and SKU.
• Replenish inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Restock the sales floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Partner with the E‑Commerce Supervisor and Retail Manager to meet daily fulfillment goals.
• Assist with additional seasonal needs during high-volume periods and events.

The Wynwood Walls Shop is looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Seasonal E-Commerce Fulfillment and Backstock Associate to join our team for the holiday season.

Compensation:

Pay: $17–$19/hour, based on experience

• Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Shopify or other order management systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, peak holiday dates, and high‑volume seasonal periods.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
