A CDL must be obtained within 12 months, with potential position advancement and pay increase upon completion. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be willing to pursue an Ag CDL, and pass a Motor Vehicle Review.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Ensure safety compliance at all times.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Perform grounds maintenance: mowing, spraying weeds, and snow removal as needed.
• Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments to management.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• Assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
