Job summary

UPS in Lansing is seeking a Seasonal Driver Helper Coordinator to supervise, train, and develop workgroups focused on safety, productivity and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will establish positive team relations, coordinate training, ensure adherence to safety policies, and manage resources to sustain accuracy and efficiency across shifts for a Fortune Global 500 company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
