Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple locations in a designated geographic area as a seasonal team leader. You will handle vendor relations, staffing, scheduling, and staff development while maintaining our standards of guest service and profitability.

You will partner with regional leadership to plan openings, events and strategy, recruit and train Local Managers, and ensure smooth operations across locations during peak retail seasons.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily internet access (laptop provided).
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations within a designated geographic area as a seasonal team leader.
• Manage vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, scheduling and learning and development.
• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold core values and policies.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager to drive alignment, establish opening dates, hours, events and concerns.
• Recruit and train Local Managers for each location, assisting with onboarding and training.
