Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple locations in a designated geographic area as a seasonal team leader. You will manage vendor and employee relations, staffing, scheduling, and learning and development.

You will promote a positive work environment, coordinate with Regional Manager on openings and events, and prepare locations for seasonal openings with hiring, inventories, and training. Travel to sites and leadership of Local Managers are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma plus relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proven success managing multiple locations in retail/service.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold policies across locations.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on openings, hours, events and concerns/issues.
• Prepare each location for openings including hiring, inventories, equipment setup/testing and staff training.
• Determine district staffing requirements and ensure onboarding standards are met.
• Recruit and train Local Managers for each location and support hiring and training.
• Manage and support Local Managers, assist with upselling to meet sales goals, oversee inventories and staffing decisions.
• Develop district strategies to support regional initiatives and drive operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain vendor relations across all locations.
• Partner with mall managers to ensure seamless operation, guest service and profitability.
• Conduct site visits, analyze sales activity and implement plans to drive success.
• Participate in weekly conference calls with Regional Manager.
• Oversee staff hours, timecards and deposits; ensure accurate weekly reporting.
• Ensure season-end breakdown and secure equipment; prepare post-season synopsis.
• Other duties per Employment Agreement.
