Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4 years of related work experience.
• Proven success managing multiple locations in retail/service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and daily internet access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations within a geographic area as a seasonal team leader.
• Handle vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Develop district strategies to drive business results and guest service.
• Recruit and train Local Managers; support onboarding and employee relations.
• Manage budgets, timecards, scheduling and weekly reporting.
• Assist with upselling, inventory control, and compliance with policies.
