Job summary

Ridgecrest Conference Center is seeking Food Service Team Members to support front and back of house, with a primary focus in the dish room to ensure dishes and kitchen tools are cleaned and organized. You will help provide a welcoming atmosphere and assist in food preparations and service for guests during meals.

The position is seasonal through November 17, 2026, with availability for nights and weekends, including holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations, dining room, and kitchen areas
• Follow Health and Safety Guidelines and Food Preparation Guidelines
• Clean, stack, and dry pots, pans, kettles, and utensils used by culinary staff
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and follow proper procedures for loading, unloading, and sanitizing
• Check and refill dishwashing chemicals, monitor water temperatures to meet sanitation standards
• Ensure clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are stored and easily accessible for staff
• Complete other assignments as the Shift Leader and/or Supervisor may deem necessary
• Empty trash bins and dispose of trash per regulations
• Work closely with kitchen staff to deliver dishes quickly to front-of-house
