Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for The Grille back-of-house team. The role focuses on cleaning dishes and equipment to ensure the front-of-house can meet seating demands and the kitchen remains stocked and ready.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with dishwashing/kitchen experience preferred, and available to work during peak times. You will work both in a team and independently to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous dishwasher/kitchen experience preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times (weekends/holidays).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain cleanliness.
• Comfortable working behind the scenes to support front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean surfaces, floors, equipment and utensils.
• Assist in prep work as needed.
• Assist in plate up and support other departments as required.
