Job summary

Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake is seeking Dining Room Servers for our seasonal resort. This on-site role offers part-time and full-time options (20-40 hours/week) with hourly pay of $16.50–$17.50 plus a 7% incentive. Seasonal position now through October 31, with start dates in July/Aug/Sept.

On-site housing is available for qualified candidates, and benefits include discounted stays and dining at affiliated properties. Experience is not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Previous food & beverage service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them with enthusiasm.
• Answer questions about menu items and offer suggestions.
• Take orders accurately and convey to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages following proper service techniques.
• Assist guests and handle any needs or complaints professionally.
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Operate basic restaurant equipment safely.
• Communicate about allergies to kitchen staff to ensure guest safety.
• Perform side work and assist in banquet setup and cleanup.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
