Job summary

Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake in Casco, ME is seeking seasonal housekeepers for lakeside cottages. You’ll make beds, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, and service guest rooms as part of a small team; daytime shifts start at 6:45am or 8:45am with evenings free.

This is a great chance to work in a stunning lakeside location with friendly guests. Housing may be available for full-time seasonal workers; some candidates may have access to housing.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and employees.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to understand safety signage and chemical labels.
• Active listening and observation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop and clean bathrooms.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces with attention to detail.
• Support housekeeping team to ensure guest needs are met.
• Handle lost and found items according to procedures.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow OSHA/state guidelines.
• Greet guests politely and explain basic room operations when needed.
