Job summary

Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake is seeking a Bar Server for our seasonal resort. Flexible hours, with night shifts typically 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions. Enjoy discounted stays and food & beverage benefits at affiliated properties.

Compensation is $16.50–$17.50 per hour, not a tipped position, plus an additional 7% incentive payment on total wages. Start May/June 2026; Season May–October 2026. Training is provided; previous experience not required.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar, service area, and storage areas; assist bartender during shifts.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about beverages.
• Mix and serve beverages per standards; ensure proper beverage service.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and safety in accordance with regulations.
