Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop support for end-users.
• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade PC hardware and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user workstations and software.
• Collaborate with LAN technicians and network admins to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle moves, adds, and changes (MAC) requests as needed.
• Document incidents and resolutions for future reference.
• Liaise with third-party vendors as necessary.
• Develop long-term strategies for desktop hardware needs.
