Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is hiring a Seasonal Delivery Driver to transport HoneyBaked products from the hub store to Pop-Up Retail locations in local area. The role offers flexible hours to accommodate school or family commitments during the holiday season.

Ideal candidates will safely operate a 14 ft. to 26 ft. refrigerated truck, hold a valid driver’s license and DOT medical card, and pass required DOT screenings. CDL is not required, and age 21+ is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate a 14–26 ft refrigerated truck.
• Valid driver's license and DOT medical card.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check, and DOT background.
• Knowledge of current DOT requirements.
• At least 21 years of age.
• CDL not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at HUB store to pick up product for Pop-Up locations.
• Complete Truck Assessment checklist each delivery day before departure.
• Secure products in the truck with straps or loading bars.
• Safely transport products to Pop-Up locations.
• Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart for entry into location.
• Remove expired product and return to home store.
• Complete delivery manifest and ensure product is delivered/returned accurately.
• Complete temperature logs to meet food safety standards.
