Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC is hiring a Seasonal Delivery Driver to transport HoneyBaked products from the hub store to pop-up locations at grocery stores and malls in the local area. The role offers flexible scheduling to accommodate school, family, and other commitments, making it a great seasonal side gig.

Candidates must safely operate a 14 ft. to 26 ft. refrigerated truck, hold a valid driver''s license and DOT medical card, and pass pre-employment checks. No CDL required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver''s license and current DOT medical card.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check and DOT background.
• DOT knowledge and adherence to requirements.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at HUB store to get product for Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the beginning of each delivery day prior to leaving hub store.
• Secure products in the truck using straps or loading bars.
• Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart for delivery.
• Remove expired products and return to home store.
• Complete delivery manifest and ensure accurate delivery and returns.
• Complete temp logs to meet food safety standards.
