Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is hiring a Seasonal Delivery Driver to transport HoneyBaked products from our hub store to Pop-Up Retail locations in the local area. The role requires safety-focused operation of a refrigerated truck and adherence to DOT rules.

You must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, a current DOT medical card, and be willing to pass DOT drug screening, MVR, and background checks. Flexible hours and a casual environment are offered during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a 14 ft. to 26 ft. refrigerated truck for local deliveries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a current DOT medical card.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check and DOT background.
• Knowledge of current DOT requirements.
• CDL is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at HUB store to retrieve products for Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the start of each delivery day.
• Secure products in the truck using straps or loading bars.
• Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart for store delivery.
• Handle expired product per policy and return to home store.
• Complete delivery manifests and ensure accurate delivery and returns.
