Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• None – No experience required.
• Customer Service – 1 year (preferred).
• Customer orientation.
• If the incumbent resides in Quebec, bilingual (French and English).
• Driving license required with a clean record (2 or fewer violations/accidents in 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route.
• Provide related customer service functions.
• Deliver packages safely and maintain professional appearance.
• Inspect packages, report stop counts and missorts timely.
• Follow courier procedures, load vehicle, and plan routes efficiently.
• Seek additional business from current customers.
• Ensure proper labeling and neat paperwork for shipments.
• Answer customer questions about service features across Canada, US and international requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency with service and equipment features.
• May load/unload aircraft or containers and sort/scan packages as workload dictates.
• Perform other duties as assigned and complete mandatory training on time.
