Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking seasonal courier personnel for up to 12 weeks to perform pickup and delivery on defined routes. The role requires accurate handling of shipments and strong customer service, operating tracking systems, and maintaining security of packages and equipment.

Flexibility for varying shifts and availability is essential. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, with none required but 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service and provide related customer service.
• Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems and report stop counts and missorts.
• Ensure proper labeling, neat paperwork, and secure handling of packages and equipment.
• Represent FedEx Canada professionally and maintain a neat appearance at all times.
• Seek additional business from current customers and inform sales of leads and market changes.
