Qualifications

• Customer Service – 1 year (preferred).
• Customer orientation.
• If the incumbent resides in Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in the past 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Provide related customer service functions.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent FedEx Canada.
• Inspect and report stop counts and missorts accurately.
• Load/unload/sort/scan as needed based on workload.
• Seek additional business from current customers.
• Ensure proper labeling and neat paperwork for shipments.
