Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service and labeling.
• Provide related customer service functions and keep customers informed about services.
• Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems with accurate information.
• Maintain safe driving practices and a neat professional appearance.
