Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a temporary interviewer/driver assistant to support routing, pickup and delivery tasks on a designated route in a dynamic operations environment. You will ensure safe handling of packages and uphold the company image while assisting customers with service information.

The role requires no prior experience, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and pays at a rate of 23.28$ per hour for a seasonal period up to 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Customer Service – 1 year preferred.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service standards.
• Report stop counts and misorts accurately.
• Operate tracking/dispatch systems and input correct information.
• Assist customers and inform sales about leads and market changes.
• Ensure proper labeling and paperwork for shipping materials.
