Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; restaurant/retail experience a plus.
• Seasonal hire from Nov 1 to Jan 4; ability to work weekends/holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items, jerky, BBQ and other menu offerings per recipes.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines; ensure safe food handling.
• Operate kiosks, Kitchen Management System and POS transactions.
• Maintain clean workstation and fast service; assist customers kindly.
• Collaborate with team and management; adapt to rotating stations.
• Work weekends/holidays; be available Nov–Jan season.
