Responsibilities include prep across bakery, jerky, BBQ, and other menu items, maintaining recipes, and ensuring health and sanitation standards. Expect a rotating schedule with weekends and holidays as needed.

• Experience in high volume, fast paced restaurants is a plus.
• Willing to work in multiple stations and learn quickly.

• Develop culinary skills across bakery, jerky, fudge, BBQ, and menu items.
• Prepare Buc-ee’s menu offerings according to recipes.
• Follow recipes, measurements, health and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle food safely and clean workstations while expediting orders.
• Operate kiosks, KMS, and transaction devices confidently.
• Communicate with management and teammates effectively.
• Work weekends/holidays and rotating day/night shifts.
