Job summary

HC Brands in Jacksonville, FL is seeking Seasonal Customer Support Specialists for 1st or 2nd shift. Roles may be part-time or full-time and run through December 23, 2026, with potential to join as regular full-time after the season.

You will respond to customer questions via chat and phone, enter customized orders into production software, and ensure orders and shipments stay on track. Bonuses are available Nov 9–Dec 14, paid bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills for customer interactions.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift, part-time or full-time.
• Ability to enter customized orders accurately into production software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat and phone.
• Enter customized orders into the production software system.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and systems.
• Recognize and resolve order issues and ensure on-time shipment.
• Manipulate artwork files to prepare orders for production.
• Lead by example and support team and order management.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned.
