Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.

This seasonal role offers temporary staffing with potential for applying to regular part-time or full-time positions as opportunities arise. Must be at least 18 and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior in all interactions with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports store operations across merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate transactions and a positive shopping experience.
• Processes freight and replenishes merchandise in designated areas.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization on the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.
• Contributes to inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Completes assigned tasks efficiently within established timeframes.
