Michaels in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Store Associate to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery while promoting rewards and credit card enrollments.

The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to SOPs, and cross-training in framing sales. Candidates should be able to stand long hours in a retail environment and enjoy working with customers.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with loyalty programs and store policies is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards, enroll customers in Private Label Credit Card programs.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
• Support shrink control and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; act as a role model for team members.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
