Job summary

Michaels in Houston, TX is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Team Member to deliver friendly service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, efficient checkout. You will assist with store recovery, truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock shelves, while engaging customers with the benefits of the Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and handle checkout duties.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining shelves and planograms
• Support store recovery, in-stock optimization, and safety programs
