Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, part of Enterprise Holdings, is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative in the Miami area. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, upsell options, and provide local guidance.

This seasonal role runs from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027, with a schedule that includes weekdays and weekends as needed. The position requires strong customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be willing to accept $19/hour.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observation, must be willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work available schedule.
• Seasonal employment with start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle options and upsell protection products and upgrades.
• Provide directions and local information to customers as needed.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and information requests via phone or in person.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-up as assigned.
• Assist in assessing rental condition at return and report issues as needed.
• Notify management of any customer or vehicle problems and maintenance needs.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training to build knowledge.

This pay for this position is $19/hour

This role is specifically for the Miami Lakes, pembroke pines, Miami Gardens and Miramar Area.

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the schedule below

Monday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Tuesday 9:00AM-5:00PM

Wednesday 9:00AM-5:00PM

Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Saturday OFF

Sunday OFF

Alternating weekends On/Off

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
