Job summary

Michaels in Fenton, MI is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You will help locate products, stock shelves, and support store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout a store.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
