Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and friendly at entrance and throughout the store.
• Handle merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork.
• Sell Hunting/Fishing Licenses as applicable.
• Manage incentive and reward programs; keep customers informed of promotions.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and current ads; assist buying decisions.
• Keep work area clean, stocked and organized per policy.
• Respond to customer questions and direct to appropriate department.
