Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in La Crosse, WI to help customers shop, locate products, and provide a fast checkout experience. You’ll unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms to keep the store well merchandised.

Learn and promote rewards programs, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and support store recovery and safety initiatives. Must be at least sixteen and able to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store recovery.
